How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team via email or through our live chat. Before sending the product back, please ensure it is in brand-new, unused condition—with all labels attached, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

If the return or exchange meets our criteria within the 30-day window, we’ll process it for you. If it doesn’t meet the conditions, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept it.

Return or Exchange Conditions

  • Non-Quality Issues: If you’d like to return or exchange an item for reasons other than a defect (e.g., wrong size or change of mind), you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Quality Issues or Incorrect Orders: If the product has quality issues or if we sent the wrong size or model, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

  • Customs Issues: If your order is held up or intercepted by customs, we will resend the item to you at no extra cost.

Return & Exchange Restrictions

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  1. Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or cleaned.

  2. You ordered the wrong size or model.

  3. Items with damaged packaging due to shipping.

  4. Orders returned after the 30-day return period.
