To make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, here is a step-by-step breakdown of how our process works:
🛒 Step 1: How to make a order
(1) Create an Account / Log In(Optional)
We highly recommend registering before you checkout. This allows you to easily track your order history and shipping status later.
(2) Select Your Items
Find the products you love, choose your size, and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy it Now"
(3) Review Your Cart
Once you’re done shopping, click the cart icon. Double-check your items and sizes, then click " Checkout." (Don't forget to use discount code)
(4) Enter Your Shipping Details
Fill in your contact information and shipping address(very important). Please make sure everything is accurate to avoid delivery delays. 
(5) Click "Continue to Payment" and choose your preferred payment method.
We support visa/master cards, paypal(by bill), zelle(contact the service to send info). The website will instantly display whether your payment went through or failed. If it fails, you can try again or switch to a different payment method. Should you run into any issues, our team is here to help.
(6) Payment successful purchase completed. This is your order number
📦 Step 2: Order Processing & Shipping (Post-Payment)
(1) Order Confirmation
As soon as your payment is successfully completed, our team receives your order immediately and begins preparing it.
(2) Product Gathering
It generally takes 2–3 business days to source and prepare footwear, and 3–5 business days for apparel.
(3) Quality Control (QC) Photos
Before anything leaves our warehouse, we will send you detailed Quality Control (QC) photos via Imessage or WhatsApp or email. Please review these photos and let us know if you approve. We will only ship your package after you give us the green light.
(4) Shipping & Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. From there, you can sit back and wait for your delivery.
💡 Please Note: International shipping typically takes about 8–18 business days. Because this is cross-border transit, packages cannot be delivered overnight. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
